This is something our company has had on the back burner for a while now. I am happy to announce we are nearly ready to release it along with the next installment in the Sidoria Saga. Wamingo Publishing makes no profit off the songs on the album. The songs remain the sole property of their respective artists. The album art is by Dar Parsons (whose amazing artwork graces the covers and interiors of all the Sidoria books). On a personal note, I have to say this is an amazing album. We lucked out with this line up. Each musician is a talent to be reckoned with. Sidoria: Songs From The Deadlands is a gift to our loyal fanbase, so be sure to order your copy of Marauder's Glory this January and rock out to some kick ass music while you immerse yourself in the blood and glory of an alien world.
Scope the bands' bios and links to their songs below:
Sugar Moon Rabbit is an Indianapolis based band founded in 2006. Their members include Just Trev (vocals), Pinky Robinson (guitar), J (bass), and Joe Kool (drums). Their performances on the Indianapolis scene has been described by NUVO magazine as "what a live rock show should be". Sadly, the band has since gone their separate ways, but you can still check out their old school hard rock through sites like Bandcamp and Reverbnation. Their songs "Deuce 'n a Quarter" and "Barbarians at the Gate" will appear as track 2 and track 14 on the album.

Benny and the No-Goods is another band out of Indianapolis. Benny's music is, as described on his Facebook page: "Pop punk fun and nerdy shenanigans." Benny, who has paid his dues with other bands like "The Yavin 4" and "The Enders", mainly works on the albums himself, with an alternating lineup of bandmates who lend their talents during live performances. You can find Benny's albums on Spotify, iHeart Radio, iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Amazon, Tidal, and Deezer. I highly recommend checking him out. His song "Run Like Hell" will appear as track 3 on the album.

The Lickers hail from the Midwestern punk scene. Their members consist of Jennifire Diamond (rhythm guitar/vocals), Rebel Jane (bass/vocals), Guitar Licker Gwen (lead guitar), and Scott H8 (drums). the band's music is described as "raw with big, dirty chords and classic riffs mixed with sneering vocals and shimmering harmonics." Check out their debut album "Get Licker'd" on bandcamp. Their song "Do Me One More Time" will appear as track 4 on the album.

Desert Planet does hard rock right. With their aggressive vocals and distorted electric guitar riffs, they cut a niche for themselves in the genre with their 2015 self-titled EP, followed by their second EP in 2017 titled “My Biggest Dream” (both are available on Band camp, hint, hint). The band’s lineup includes Sean Cruz (guitars), Bryce Clark (bass), Matt Price (drums), and Scott Wilson (vocals). Check them out, you won’t regret it. Their song "My Biggest Dream" will appear as track 6 on

Gay Black Republican was founded in 2001 from the surviving members of the Repeat Offenders. Their roster has changed over the years, resulting in their current line up of Pooh (guitar), Rich (bass), Doc (vocals), and Vic (drums). The band describes their music as "Political and social justice dealt out in punk rock form." At the 2007 Punk Rock Night Award ceremony, they were presented with the "Sleeper Band Award". Their song "Ballet on Barbed Wire" was named one of the top ten local albums of the year by NUVO Newsweekly and the band was voted Best Punk Artist by the same paper in both 2011 and 2012. They have opened up for Joe Jack Talcum of the Dead Milkmen, which is just freaking awesome. Their song "Move Your Ass" will appear as track 7 on the album.

Wolftooth is a Stoner/Doom/Metal band from the Midwest. The band consists of a "pack of well seasoned musicians", including Chris Sullivan (Guitar/ Vocals), Terry McDaniel (Bass), Jeff Cole (Guitar), and Johnny Harrod (Drums/Vocals). In their own words, they "combine influences from the 70's and early 80's NWOBHM with Bay Area Thrash and doom laden riffery. Meanwhile the vocals soar over blues drenched solos that add a stoner sensibility to the Wolftooth sound." In other words, their music kicks ass. Check them out on Bandcamp, Apple Music, Spotify, Play Music, and Amazon Music. Their song "Sword Of My Father" will appear as track 8 on the album.

Gypsy comes to us all the way from Sydney, Australia. James Squier's deep bass, along with Billy Gillette's thundering drums, accompany Tommy Adams's powerful vocals (and heavy guitar work) as if they were a single, symphonious beast. If you're a metalhead like me, then check out their discography on Bandcamp. Their song "Warchild" will appear as track 9 on the album.

The Putz is a punk rock band from Indianapolis, IN. Their lineup consists of Billy Putz (Bass, lead vocals), Dougie Tangent (Drums, backing vocals), and Patrick McVay (Guitar, backing vocals). The band debuted in 2010 with the self-release of their first full-length album, "Hole In One." Their second full-length album "Knock It Off" was released in 2016, and they are currently hard at work on their next album, "Clinically Inane," on Eccentric Pop Records. The Putz are the winners of two Punk Rock Night Awards: Best Local Band (2010) and Best Release (2012). Their song "Unreliable" will appear as track 11 on the album.

Salem's Bend hails from Los Angeles, California. The three bandmates Bobby Parker (Guitar and Vocals), Kevin Schofield (Bass and vocals), and Zach Huling (Drums) got their start in various bands around LA before self-releasing their debut album on Bandcamp in late 2015. The album generated a lot of buzz and eventually caught the ear of Ripple Music, who signed them and re-released their debut record worldwide in October 2016. Look for their new album "Supercluster" on Ripple Music, Bandcamp, and other streaming platforms, or if you are one of the lucky bastards who has a record store near you, pop in and see if they are carrying the album. However you do it, track down a copy because this band is going places and you don't want to be left behind. Their song "Winds of Ganymede" will appear as track 12 on the album.

Saint Karloff is a hard hitting power trio from Oslo, Norway. The band formed in 2015 and features Mads Melvold (vocals and guitar), Ole Sletner (bass), and Adam Suleiman (drums). They made their mark on the international heavy music scene in 2018 with the release of their debut album, "All Heed the Black God", which was inspired by 70s heavy blues bands like Black Sabbath and early Pentagram. They fused this vintage sound with modern day stoner rock to create a sound that is at once modern, yet still invoking the music of the past. Look for their latest album "Interstellar Voodoo", which was released on October 4th through Majestic Mountain Records. Their song "Supervixen (Electric Return)", which is a pumped up cover of the song by Devil's Witches (from "Coven of the Ultra-Riff", where the two bands covered each others songs), will appear as track 13 on the album.

Mr. Clit and the Pink Cigarettes are a trio of humans who occupy a small sphere in a galaxy you've probably heard of. Their lineup is less than four and more than two, consisting of Davey Gravey, Abby Hart, and Ayesha Clarissa. If my minimal research holds up, they are a band and play music. They have even released an album, "Pipsqueaks From Planet Fur", which is available through their site and on Bandcamp. The band travels extensively, playing live shows. They've likely been to your town or will come at some point (in fact, they're probably standing behind you right now), so keep an eye out for them. Their shows are a festivity of sensory delight. Their song "I Bite", will appear as track 15 on the album.

The Dockers features Aztec Kotex (Vokills), Nine Inch Neil (Guitar), Dr. Doomtone (Guitar), Stabby X (Drums) and GG Wilson (Bass). They describe themselves as "a direct reaction against the word 'can't"." Their influences range from Comic Books, Cartoons, and Horror movies, to Sex and some music. Their Record Label is F/C //Gustav and you can book them at azteckotex@gmail.com. Hail to the fez. Their song "Atomic Juicer", will appear as track 16 on the album.

Greg Brenner, who is the founder of Punk Rock Night here in Indianapolis, formed Vodka DeMilo with Thom Woodard (lead guitar), Pat Jason Cavan (bass), Glen Hopkins (drums), and Scott Burke (guitar). His band has toured Europe and Brenner has had the honor of hosting people from all over the world. One of Brenner's earliest influences was the Ramones, a band he has seen live over fifty times and who inspired him to turn Vodka DeMilo into one of the foremost punk rock bands in the Midwest. Their song "This Song is called--Go'er", will appear as track 17 on the album.

ROADSAW is a Boston-based "Rawk N Roll" band whose line-up includes Ian Ross (Guitar), Craig Riggs (Vocals), and Tim Catz (Bass). They have released no less than six full length albums along with a slew of singles and covers. They have played "both sides of the Atlantic with comrades like Orange Goblin, Fu Manchu, Queens Of The Stone Age, Nebula, Scissorfight, Karma To Burn, Black Label Society and many others." ROADSAW has "also been regular guests at CMJ and SXSW events and played every "Metal" or "Stoner" festival that would have them." Their song, "Silence", will appear as track 18 on the album.

So there you go. Fifteen super talented bands who were good enough to contribute their songs to Wamingo Publishing as a free gift to our readers. But wait, you say, there are eighteen tracks listed on the album, what's up with the other three? Well, these tracks were produced by none other than yours truly with vocals on track 1 "Sidoria" by fellow Wamingo Publishing co-founder Dar Parsons. The former is meant as an intro to the album while track 5 "The Deadlands" takes you on a tour of the aforementioned landscape, giving you a taste of the dangers that await you should you dare make the journey. Track 10 "Pride of the Scouts" is a look at Elysium's finest set to a quirky beat and underlining snare drum.
Look for the album this January, 2020 with the release of my fourth installment in his Sidoria Saga: Marauder's Glory.
